In your role as Head of IT Finance & Business Services, you will design the digital basis of the Vaillant Group by ensuring that our IT solutions, services and systems allow efficient record-to-report and hire-to-retire processes worldwide. Together with an international team, you reduce complexity, create synergies and unlock new opportunities for modern business models. Your tasks include maximising the value delivered to financial stakeholders through optimized IT services and IT Asset Investments while ensuring cost efficiency After analyzing financial and business requirements, you identify solutions that match the corporate strategy and improve financial operations directly through processes, applications, data and services By building strong, trust-based partnerships with global stakeholders, you will pursue strategic financial objectives and ensure transparency in budgets, risks and priorities Together with your teams, manage and optimize the performance of our IT program and service portfolio in the financial sector to ensure that You match the changing business priorities By designing and implementing our IT operating model, make sure that the financial department receives consistent, high-quality and reliable technology services that support compliance, accuracy and operational excellence You strengthen the organization's digital maturity by defining future-oriented roadmaps, improving financial processes, enabling data-based decision-making and supporting new business opportunities

Qualification: You have a Master's degree in Business Administration or a comparable academic background Experience: You have at least ten years of experience in global IT leadership, consulting or strategic planning and have led major international teams Know-how and skills: You show strong expertise in corporate solutions such as SAP FI/CO / HR / MM, a deep understanding of the processes Record to Report and Hire to Retire as well as competence in frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL and Agile Nice to have: experience in designing or implementing a global IT operating model, including governance and performance management structures Personality: You combine strategic thinking with practical leadership, inspire teams across cultures and act with high reliability, clarity and emotional intelligence Language skills: You speak fluent English and German and feel comfortable in an international environment
