We relieve savings banks in various areas including real estate care, technical maintenance, general administrative tasks and facility management, so that You can strengthen the relationship with their customers. The management and supervision of our third-party companies in the event of major maintenance measures, including the acquisition and confrontation of offers and the subsequent quality check of the services carried out, is your responsibility. You carry out regular inspections of buildings and technical installations to ensure their proper location and to assist in compliance with the operator's requirements. The building control technology monitors and keeps you regularly to ensure a perfect operation. The support of colleagues, as well as the execution of small repairs complete your task area.

You have a completed technical training, for example in electrical engineering, electrical installation or in the field of sanitary, heating and air conditioning technology, and you have the ability to work as a master/master (m/w/d). In the day-to-day operating business, you are convinced by a pronounced technical understanding (including the building control technology) as well as craftsmanship. A noticeable service and service orientation, a structured and independent way of working, as well as a friendly and up-to-date appearance are characteristic. You have a passenger car license (min. class B) to safely guide the object vehicles.
