Technical and commercial handling of (large) projects in the area of TGA with a focus on heating/colds Examination and evaluation of execution documents incl. Revision as a ready-to-use plant and assembly planning Planning of projects in cooperation with designers Subsequent management in cooperation with the project buyer Coordination, control and monitoring of the timely provision of services in structural, technical and commercial terms Competent contact for our customers and participating architects, planning offices and builders Creating project documentation, supporting the costing and procurement of the required materials in cooperation with purchasing Organisation of commissioning management in the area of responsibility in cooperation with internal and external partners Teamability to run project teams

Complete studies in the field of supply technology or technicians, masters with the focus of the plants heating, air conditioning, ventilation, sanitation or completed training to the plant mechanic SHK, gas-water installer or heater builder Good knowledge of mechanical structures (heating, cold, sanitary) Proven project experience in the handling of large-scale projects in the factory heating and refrigeration technology and/or sanitary technology Experience in the development and planning of projects Experiences in commissioning management in project processing in large projects Creating project documentation, supporting the costing and procurement of the required materials Good knowledge of MS Office applications
