IT Application Manager – Personnel Deployment and Time Management (ATOSS) (m/f/d)

Together with the team, you will ensure the operation of our IT systems in the central areas of personnel and time management – your focus is on the ATOSS Workforce Management Software. With a deep understanding of IT infrastructure and interfaces, you drive as a transformation manager: active progress in the conversion and modernization of the application: You take the status quo, define optimization requirements and develop the application technically. You will design the customization along the technical requirements in close cooperation with the personnel department, the respective administrator: inside our locations, and external software service providers. During the further development you have all the interfaces in mind. In addition to your ATOSS project, you support comprehensive server support, system administration, technical support for HR applications (device, play-in of updates and patches, configuration and maintenance), authorization management, support and reporting.

Your basis can be an IT-close commercial training such as e.g. for:to the computer scientist:wife or a degree as (economic) computer scientist:in, specialist:in application development / system integration or businessman:in; as an alternative, a comparable qualification if the practical background agrees: You come to us as a professional with experience in system administration and technical support of applications. It is important that you understand HR software and systems in depth and, thanks to your practice as an application manager, you can quickly remember. You have knowledge of programming languages (e.g. Java), move safely into server environments and are also a company in IT documentation and authorization management. You have the drive, transformation and modernization projects to help develop our HR systems and optimize processes. A team-oriented communication is important to us – in addition to social competence, your fluent German in word and writing as well as good English skills are required.
