Municipal Manager (m/f/d)

Designing relationships and developing networks You build trusted, long-term relationships with municipalities, administrations and political decision-makers and continuously develop them. In doing so, you represent the company to the outside and create connections at eye level. Developing local strategies You will accompany municipalities in key future topics such as energy transition, heat planning, climate protection, infrastructure and services. Together with our departments, you develop sustainable solutions and position ENNI as long-term and reliable partners Impetus for business development You identify potentials for new business models and cooperations with municipalities, for example in the fields of heat, charging infrastructure, renewable energies, digitization or quarter development, and develop sustainable solutions together with the specialist areas. Design concessions and local cooperation You accompany concession procedures and municipal cooperation strategically and coordinate internal and external stakeholders. At an early stage, you will recognize opportunities for new partnerships and support them in their implementation. Take responsibility and connect interests You control challenging coordination processes between municipalities and internal departments. Different interests combine motivates you, and you will also find sustainable solutions in complex situations. Encourage people and promote cooperation You understand people gaining common goals, communicating complex content in a comprehensible way and building trust. With your positive, binding way, you strengthen cooperation within and outside the company.

A completed study in the fields of administrative science, municipal administration, business administration, economic engineering, energy management or a comparable qualification. At least 5 years of professional experience in the municipal environment - ideally in a consulting company, a municipal company, the energy industry or a comparable interface function. A safe occurrence and the ability to act credible and convincing even at the level of mayors, doctors, administrative staff or management. Impressed communication strength, negotiation skills and joy in building networks and maintaining long-term relationships. Individual initiative, willingness to design and the ability to attract people for ideas and common solutions.
