Your tasks:

• reception and processing of incoming telephone calls
• Friendly and competent advice and support from customers
• forwarding requests to the relevant departments
• Documentation of customer requests in our system
• clarification of requests for products, services and orders
• Support in maintaining customer data
• General administrative tasks, such as the processing of emails and mail

Your profile:

• Ideally first experience in telephony or customer care
• Very good communication skills and a friendly telephone voice
• Secure handling of MS Office and common office software applications
• Self-employed, structured and reliable operation
• High service orientation and a pronounced sense of responsibility
• Flexibility and willingness to work in the working hours from 13:00 to 19:00
