Completed studies or completed training in the relevant field Multiannual professional experience in marketing & social media You convince by experience, initiative and the ability to drive topics independently Knowledge of how to build Employer Branding Representative responsibility and motivation to manage projects independently from the idea to implementation Hands-on-Mentiality, Target Striving and High Quality Claim Structured, reliable and very careful operation Safe handling of graphics tools such as Adobe Illustrator, InDesign etc. IT-Affinity Communication strength, organizational design and high service orientation Solution-oriented thinking and joy in making things active
