Complete studies in the field of economics, mathematics, insurance or comparable. Multiannual professional experience in risk management, preferably in the insurance industry. Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g. Solvency II, MaRisk). Analytical and conceptual strength, high number affinity. Independent, structured mode of operation and pronounced communication skills. Safe handling of risk management tools and knowledge about common risk measures.
