Senior AI Developer (m/f/d)

AI architecture & development: You design and build the heart of our AI products – from model selection to production-ready integration (Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow) Technology mentor: You share your expert knowledge, execute code reviews and enable our employees to understand and apply modern AI solutions Growth drivers: You support business development in complex pitches and proof-of-concepts (PoC) to win innovative customer projects Innovation & Open Source: You evaluierst current trends (LLMs, RAG, Local AI like Ollama) and decide on the optimal technology stack for our software Quality assurance: You establish best practices for MLOps, clean software engineering (Java/C#/C++) and efficient prompting

Degree: You have successfully completed your studies in computer science, business informatics, mathematics, physics or a comparable discipline Deep Learning: You master the safe handling of neural networks as well as modern deep learning frameworks and ideally already have experience with classic procedures such as SVM or PCA Mathematical concepts: You have knowledge of the mathematical concepts behind the models, such as gradient descent or cross validation Software engineering: You have relevant experience in developing Python as well as another object-oriented high language (e.g. Java, C# or C++) Data-Stack: You are routined using libraries like Pandas, NumPy and SQLAlchemy Framework knowledge: You have practical experience with at least one AI framework (PyTorch or TensorFlow) Prompt Engineering: Basic understanding and first practical application of prompting techniques are desirable Local LLMs: First experiences with tools for the local operation of language models (e.g. Ollama, LM Studio) are of advantage Softskills: You are characterized by analytical thinking, a structured way of working and communication strength Language skills: You have very good German knowledge in word and writing as well as good English skills
