Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Reference number: 410762 Guide your team on glass and special cleaning orders and extensions of your area Conducting object visits, Calculating offers for glass and special cleaning orders Full financial management and responsibility of the department Organize the implementation of incoming orders for basic cleaning, final cleaning, carpet cleaning, glass cleaning etc. Professional and disciplinary guidance of your employees incl. Holiday and operational planning, organizing further training etc. Determining possible special cleaning potentials for our existing customers Support in digitizing our internal processes: optimize communication channels between the branch and your area You strengthen our team of glass and special cleaning at the Bremen site, which serves various customers in the regional environment, and actively build this area.
