Rental Dispatcher - Construction Machinery / Customer Service / Field Service (m/f/d)

You are the central contact person for our customers: You provide expert advice on the use of our construction machines, plead the contact and win new projects in the indoor and outdoor services. You take over the independent disposition of our rental park, plan the transports and coordinate the timely handover as well as the withdrawal of the machines. You manage the entire order process from offering creation, processing in our ERP system to final accounting. You will ensure the quality by checking returned machines, taking any damage and causing further processing.

You have a completed agricultural and construction machine mechatronics, commercial vehicle mechatronics technician or alternatively KFZ mechatronics technician. Alternatively, you can bring experience in the construction machine sector and work well into new topics. You can ideally show your enthusiasm for technology through first experiences in the field of construction machines or a similar environment. As a communicative organizational institution, you have a pronounced service orientation and joy in dealing with people. In dealing with a common ERP system as well as MS Office, you are safe and you are characterized by an independent working method. You speak fluently German and are ready for occasional external services at our customers.
