EGIO Technician (m/f/d)

Your main tasks Implementation of maintenance measures in the field of EGIO/GLA (CVD/RTP plants) Design of troubleshooting and repairs of mechanical and electrical machine components Preventive maintenance Coordination and acceptance of cross-border services (including in cooperation with external companies) Compliance with all relevant regulations (e.g. DGUV, etc.) Improvement of plant engineering/performance and processes Identification of failure centers & execution of process optimizations Exchange of information with other users / maintenance Determination of critical spare parts & Ensuring spare parts supply Training of operational production staff with regard to standardised service work Error and service documentation Processing of production-internal projects and contact persons for plant installations and relocations in cooperation with other departments, e.g. other support groups What you will do

Your profile State-certified technicians or equivalent qualification in mechatronics, electrical engineering, etc. Multiannual professional experience in maintenance/repair of manufacturing plants (production environment) Willingness to shift work Processing takes place in the first three months in the day shift Ideally experience in the field of semiconductor production or special machine construction Self-employed and quality-conscious working Planning and organisational skills and communication skills Analytical thinking and team skills Flowing German and good English skills Computer: MS Office, SAP, experience in plant software is advantageous ------------------- ENGLISH VERSION --------------------------- What you want State Technician or equivalent qualification in engineering electrical engineering, mechatronics or similar with qualification as an electrician Several years of professional experience in maintenance of production facilities Willingness to work shifts Training takes place in the day shift during the first three months Ideally experience in the field of semiconductor production or special machine construction Independent and quality-conscious way of working Planning and organizational skills as well as communication skills Fluent in German and good English skills Analytical thinking and ability to work in a team IT: MS Office, SAP, experience in system software is an advantage
