Our over 250-person IT department contributes decisively to our growth and success. In addition to software development, this includes the control and networking of IT systems, the development and implementation of security architecture, the entire IT operation of all applications and systems hosted in their own data center, as well as IT support and the organisation and implementation of IT strategy projects.

To strengthen our team we are looking for a full-time (38,5 hours/week) at the next possible date IT-Systems Engineer (m/w/d) – MS Server and Exchange

Provision, administration and operational operation of the company-wide server infrastructure with a focus on Microsoft. Further development, automation and troubleshooting of all Microsoft Server and Microsoft Exchange Server as well as the Active Directory and Entra ID in a distributed, primarily virtually mapped system landscape. Planning and implementation of new installations and tasks within the framework of Life Cycle Management (Hotfixes, Patches, Upgrades, Release). Participation in IT infrastructure projects, from planning to introduction. Communication, cooperation and management of partners and service providers. Further development of the monitoring of the entire server landscape in close coordination with the relevant specialist teams of the IT operation. Performance of tasks in 2nd/3rd level support. Creation and continuous maintenance of operating and system documentation.

Studies in business informatics, completed vocational training in the field of information technology or comparable qualifications through multiannual activities in IT. Multiannual professional experience in the operation of Microsoft Windows Server landscapes; Versions 2012 – 2022. Good knowledge of the administration and operation of Microsoft Exchange environments; Versions 2010 – 2019. Good knowledge and experience in the application of PowerShell. Good knowledge of Microsoft Active-Directory and Entra ID. Safe Troubleshooting skills.
