Young Construction Manager Technical Building Services Services (m/f/d)

Your mission – diversity instead of unity With us you can expect more than the classic construction line. Your tasks make you a co-designer (w/m/d) of our exciting construction projects in high and industrial construction – with a focus on the technical building equipment, specializing in heating, ventilation and sanitation or electrical engineering. Co-Pilot – Together with an experienced building manager TGA (w/m/d), you control the construction design of the technical building equipment (HLSKE plants) and keep an eye on dates, costs and quality. Teamplayer & Co-ordinator – You support the construction site team, where you take care of the coordination of our construction partners, monitor the assembly and completion of all building facilities and accompany the acceptances and commissioning. In the context of our young building manager program, you take responsibility for the assessment, defensiveness and billing of works – practical and always accompanied by experienced colleagues (w/m/d). Efficiency drivers – You support the audit, accompany the calculation and work on the continuous improvement of processes and results. Security & Sustainability – You make sure that work safety and environmental protection regulations are complied with and help to shape our construction sites in a sustainable and secure manner.

Digital affinity & Future-oriented – You are fit in Microsoft Office and are open to new things and can work into modern technologies as well as design-specific applications, such as iTWO and Revit. You have very good knowledge of German and have good English skills or are motivated to further develop them.
