• Good knowledge of German

• Driving license class B

Your responsibility

• Control and monitoring of technical installations (heating ELT/SH)
• Implementation of control procedures in the performance of retrieved house services
• Small repairs to buildings, furniture and installations
• Driving services
• Fire control measures
• Coordination and supervision of foreign companies
• First contact person (m/w/d)
• Maintenance of grey and green areas according to instruction and winter service

Your working hours

• From now on, unlimited
• Full time, 40 hours/week
• Monday to Friday, 5 days/week
• Frame work time: 07:00 to 15:30
