The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) is the real estate service provider of the federal government, which supports the federal government's real estate policy objectives and provides the necessary areas and buildings for almost all federal authorities. Accordingly, we are represented throughout Germany with more than 7,000 employees and take care of a very broad and colorful real estate portfolio as well as the ecological use and care of the federal nature areas. For these versatile and responsible tasks we are looking for innovative heads that think and act sustainably. Our Facility Management division builds, operates and manages a complex portfolio with exciting and versatile objects – from the ministries in Berlin and Bonn, federal courts and research institutes to the customs, federal police, federal army or the German Federal Institute of Technical Relief (THW). Qualification: Complete vocational training as a carpenter (with a period of at least three years) Competences: Insufficient professional experience Ready to participate in specialist training (e.g. motor chain saws) User knowledge of the IT standard applications (Microsoft Office) Further requirements: driving licence of Kl. 3 or B and the willingness to lead a service car Green, careful and reliable operation Good organization skills Own initiative Ability to work independently, target-oriented and safe even with increased work volume Customer- / Address-oriented behavior, team skills, communication skills A positively completed “Advanced Security Review with Security Investigations – Ü 3” (§ 10 of the Federal Security Review Act [SÜG]) is required for use at the Pullach site.
