Consultant Spatial Management (m/f/d)

We are looking for you as a speaker (m/w/d) in the space industry at the Frankfurt location. Real Estate Management & Solutions (REMS) is responsible for the smooth operation of Allianz locations in Germany. Our aim is to provide employees and visitors with sustainable and environmentally certified office buildings with a well-being character, from office space to meeting rooms to restaurants. The Allianz Location Frankfurt with its approximately 1,500 employees is supervised by the Real Estate Management Frankfurt department. The department takes care of all the issues that the location requires. This is what you expect as a consultant for space management (m/w/d): Room management: You determine the space requirement, perform the capacity planning and create well-thought-out occupancy concepts including ergonomic workplace design for optimal working conditions. Project control: You plan, control and coordinate extensive arronization measures both in stock and in new rentals, as well as complex restructuring measures and relocations with professional appointment and cost management. Standard implementation: You implement legal requirements and central standards for equipment and space concepts, taking into account location and customer-specific requirements and developing innovative solutions. Equipment management: You are responsible for the planning and procurement of the entire office and business equipment, from the supply pick-up to the commissioning to billing, taking into account quality and cost-effectiveness. System management: You use and maintain professional building information systems (FM systems) and provide precise data for performance calculation to ensure transparent accounting processes. Location support: You coordinate cooperation with internal and external service providers and serve the offices in the Frankfurt sales area - from the search for suitable office space through lease agreements to the rental of old spaces. Team collaboration: You actively contribute to project work and support group- and site-wide general topics, bringing your expertise and developing innovative solutions together.

This is what you bring with you as a consultant in the field of space management (m/w/d): Education: Study of (internal) architecture/construction engineering or training in facility management or technical training, which enables you to understand and implement complex spatial concepts. Expertise: Extensive experience in the introduction and implementation of new work/office worlds as well as in the creation of space/occupancy planning and the implementation of larger arronization measures. Technical know-how: Knowledge of the Industrial Protection Act, Industrial Workplace Ordinance and technical requirements to create legally safe and functional working environments. Project competencies: proven experience in project work and the ability to structure and implement complex tasks. IT-Skills: In-depth knowledge of MS-Office and building management/graphic systems such as FAMOS, AutoCad and Speedikon for professional spatial planning and documentation. Personality: Embossed enforcing capability, high performance, loadability, self-initiative and independent working, coupled with a good sense of shapes, functions and colors. Communication: Safe and competent appearance, pronounced service orientation, consulting skills as well as team skills and communication strength also in challenging situations.
