This will be your tasks You are responsible for the management and development of employees in the sense of the provincial leadership and guidelines for cooperation and leadership. In addition, you will ensure the individual (personal and professional) further development of your employees. You bear the overall responsibility for the central authorization management with regard to the applications and technologies of the (technical) platform as well as the technical and technical processes for the entire provincial group. This also includes the design and optimization of associated processes as well as the (further) development and maintenance of cross-cutting concepts and standards, e.g. role concept, cross-border authorization concept, identity & access management (IAM) policy. You are responsible for the planning and implementation of internal and external requirements to a regular IAM (e.g. from KRITIS, ISO, annual audit IT, revision, VAIT, DORA). You are in regular exchange with the controllers of the supplying and connected systems and optimierst and continuously automate technical and professional processes with a user-centric view and follow the lean approach.

That's what you bring Study of Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable subject, as an alternative a comparable training with relevant professional experience Leadership experience in classic or agile approach (project or line/product teams) is advantageous Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills and experience in solution architectures in heterogeneous application and infrastructure landscapes Experience in the handling and professional design of common IAM and IDM technologies as well as common regulatory standards (e.g. VAIT, DORA, BSI, ISO, KRITIS), as an alternative to the willingness to acquire a relevant certification in the short term Very good skills to reduce complexity and target group-oriented communication and a holistic way of thinking Representative management and social competence, willingness to design, creativity and innovation, safe occurrence, enforcing, presentation and conflictability Self-employed, sustainable and self-initiative work according to agile values
