Pricing Actuary (m/f/d)

The team Pricing & Product is currently under construction. You work in close cooperation with local and international teams and support the implementation of the corporate strategy. You are also responsible for the further development of pricing and risk analysis.

You are responsible for creating accurate and comprehensive prices for all new and existing products in line with strategy, profitability targets and drawing policy, including the development and maintenance of price documentation, methods and assumptions You are responsible for developing the risk base model using GLM techniques and performing regular reviews to optimize market prices You monitor trading and insurance performance and continuously improve MI and KPIs for pricing performance management You identify the most important risks related to the insurance risk, supported in updating the Underwriting Risk Monitoring Dashboard, work out recommendations and implement necessary measures You support the teams in sales, risk management, planning and special projects. You work closely with the Europe-wide team Analytics & Pricing, and you encourage a close exchange of ideas, best practices and the development of new innovative solutions.

You have a complete study of mathematics with a minor subject of business or computer science; Alternatively, you have been or are acting as an actuary or analyst (insurance mathematics, business mathematics, mathematician, statistician) or as a calculator You could already earn at least three years of professional experience in a comparable position Ideally, you have completed additional training for the Aktuar DAV You have knowledge of data analysis and programming. Your way of working is characterized by your excellent analytical thinking, combined with a pronounced understanding of numbers You work structured, targeted and result-oriented You have pronounced communication skills in word and writing You convince with very good English skills
