You develop and manage the customer data and MarTech roadmap and consistently align them with the strategic marketing goals You identify, evaluate and prioritize use cases across teams and systems and establish uniform standards and best practices You actively support prioritized initiatives – from the use case definition to implementation – and enable Topic Owner to successfully implement data-driven approaches You work closely with IT, enterprise architecture, data protection and external partners to ensure scalable and regulatory solutions You control and prioritize data-driven initiatives along with the MarCom teams and focus on the topics with the biggest impact
