Your tasks:

Your responsibility

• Discipline leadership and coaching of a team of quality examiners and complaint managers
• Promoting team performance, individual development and clear structures in the department
• Ensure compliance with AS9100/9120 standards and location compliance
• Responsibility for KPIs, department budget and continuous process improvement
• Construction and maintenance of internal and external stakeholders

Your qualifications:

• A degree in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering or vocational training including relevant professional experience
• Leadership and the ability to create a motivating working environment
• German and English language skills
• Knowledge found in AS9100/9120
