EWN GmbH is a company of the EWN Group. It is responsible for the rebuilding of closed nuclear installations and for the reliable disposal of the residual materials and radioactive waste. To strengthen our team in the Construction Planning department, we are looking for a dedicated and professionally versed personality as an engineer (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) with a focus on technical building equipment / utility technology. In this role, you are responsible for project management and the technical planning of new construction and infrastructure projects. Responsible project management in the field of new construction projects, in particular with the focus on technical building equipment/supply technology Engineering processing and implementation of TGA projects Creation of legal planning documents, technical concepts, plant planning and audit documents Examination of building application documents, performance directories, tendering and approval documents Support for votes with planners, reviewers, experts and exporting companies Monitoring and coordination of contractual obligations with contractors Participation in expert discussions with authorities, experts and project participants Participation in work consultations, project discussions, appointment meetings Assessment of follow-up offers and processing of project change notifications Participation in (works) collections and monitoring of professional and scheduled execution Participation in the commissioning of plants and associated documentation Project coordination and control using project-related software tools Close cross-departmental cooperation in interdisciplinary project teams

Successfully completed university studies in the field of technical building equipment, supply technology or comparable engineering studies Multiannual professional experience in building equipment/supply technology, ideally desirable with project management or project management experience Knowledge of relevant standards, regulations and regulations (e.g. HOAI, VOB) Experience in evaluating yields and structural changes Safe handling of CAD software, ideally Autodesk AutoCAD and Vault (required) Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management software (e.g. MS Project) Self-employed, structured and responsible work Communication strength, enforcement capacity and team capacity High commitment, resilience and a sovereign and safe occurrence
