Creation of wage and salary bills on time and independently Care of employee master data, movement data and personal files Management of occupational pension schemes (bAV)

Digitization of personal documents as part of new HR software Creation of certificates, certificates, notifications and other personal documents General administrative activities in staff

Support for special projects in HR / Payroll

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification Ideally multiannual experience in pay billing and occupational pension provision

Knowledge of the right to pay tax and social security

Secure handling of payroll accounting software and MS Office

High level of discretion, ownership and accuracy
