Engineer in Facility Management (m/f/d)

In your own responsibility, you take over the control of measures for rehabilitation and modernization, our properties with a special focus on sustainable solutions You are responsible for the retrieval and processing of services in the context of existing contracts, from commissioning to accounting If required, you will create self-service tenders according to VOB or VOL and then accompany the implementation of the commissioned services until the final completion In the context of commissioning management (IBM), you will work with technically complex construction projects You take over both in- and external consulting in terms of the operation of the technical installations In addition, you are involved in real estate use taking into account the life cycle phase.

You have a successfully completed (specialized) degree course (Diplom/ Bachelor/Master) of the disciplines Architecture, Civil Engineering, Facility Management, Electrical and Supply Technology or a comparable degree course or You have a successful conclusion to the state-tested technicianin or Completion as a masterin in one of the above-mentioned disciplines and then a professional experience corresponding to at least six years in an activity of engineering cuts (e.g. by certificates of work). Further requirements: You ideally have first knowledge in dealing with procurement and contract law (VOB, VOL) You bring the willingness to incorporate into new work processes You are an organizational institution and are also characterised by a pronounced sense of cost and service, as well as good negotiation and organizational skills. In order to guide a service car, you are qualified and also have a certain knowledge of German that corresponds at least to the language level C1.

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee for employees is from the E10 Group to the E12 TV‐L (approximately 51.460,00 € – approx. € 82.590,00 per year) with all agreed social benefits (e.g. occupational pensions). A status-like takeover of beamed applicants is possible up to an office of grade A 12 LBesO A.
