Targeted coordination of bed capacities taking into account the clinic strategy Daily coordination with the emergency centre, the normal and intensive care stations to control recordings, layings and dismissals Promoting a transparent and consistent implementation of defined occupancy regulations for targeted and uniform utilization of stations Management of interfaces to all areas involved Development and implementation of binding occupancy standards for elective and emergency patients

Completed nursing training (e.g. health and nursing, nursing or similar) Multiannual professional experience in the hospital as well as sound knowledge of medical diagnosis and the resulting care Career experience in occupancy management as well as a strong understanding of economic processes in the hospital Safe handling of clinical documentation and IT-based clinic systems (identities in ORBIS [Dedalus] are advantageous) Analytical, structured and independent working methods Strong communication and enforcement in the interdisciplinary environment, as well as solution-oriented and cooperative attitude towards all professional groups Outstanding sense of responsibility Intrinsic motivation (identity and enthusiasm for the task)
