For our team Infrastructure & Services at the Helmstedt site, we are looking for a student at the next possible time. Of course, the course takes precedence, so you can decide which days you want to work on. You support the project development and realisation of operating real estate, e.g. office and workshop buildings (mainly buildings in stock). You accompany planning, tendering and preparation of construction projects and renovations. You are a support for project management and control. You work with the appointment, cost and quality control. Your tasks include participation in the budget planning for maintenance projects and support in cooperation with planning offices as well as executive companies and service providers. Preparation and creation of documentation, reports and presentations are also part of your task. You support the day-to-day business by taking over project tasks and gain a comprehensive insight into business processes. You take tasks with economic and technical reference. Ideally, you will be happy to join your team for 15 to 20 hours per week in the course of the lecture-free period (37 hours). In addition, we offer to write a study work in cooperation.

You are an intangible student at a university or college with the field of civil engineering, architecture, economic engineering construction or another field with a focus on building and interest in building projects. Ideally, you have successfully completed your basic studies and have already gained first practical experience. You like to work in the team and develop your own tasks independently and in a solution-oriented manner. You are characterized by a communicative and reliable personality. You can safely use the usual MS Office applications. You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least C1) You own a class B license.
