As an operating manager at the Heilbronn site, you do not expect a routine, but an environment that is dynamically demanding and full of development potential. With your experience, you guide our three components and control the daily use of the drivers. Thus, there is always an open ear for the concerns and wishes of the dispatchers and the driving personnel. At the same time, you will focus on all other operational objectives, such as the optimal use of the fleet, the best possible personnel deployment planning, the improvement of employee satisfaction and compliance with statutory and internal regulations. As a result, you conduct appropriate measures to optimize the respective operational processes. It is clear that you also support the branch manager when creating the operating budget. Security is our first priority. This is why you monitor our operating processes and take the examination of other testable machines and plant parts. Your experience in managing and motivating teams to increase efficiency and productivity brings our location forward. The ability to analyze data and respond quickly to challenges allows you to coordinate complex processes and ensure smooth operation. You have a sound knowledge when it comes to logistics processes, waste disposal and other relevant legal regulations. This includes, in particular, waste management and legal knowledge (KrWG, EfbV, freight transport, hazardous goods, occupational safety, etc.) and knowledge of the relevant safety regulations (UVV, fire protection) Ultimately, you have a passion for environmental protection and the implementation of sustainable practices in the waste management industry.
