You advise your assigned customer base including selected company customers They ensure high consulting quality, effectiveness and productivity in stock and new customer consulting and support They secure the assigned customer base and win new customers They coordinate cooperation with specialist departments, subsidiaries and affiliates They represent the Bank to all major institutions and multipliers of the branch You are responsible for insulting engagements, possibly with the support of our credit department You are responsible for personnel management and personnel deployment planning They observe the activities of competitors as well as other developments in the market segment with the aim of designing their own services in a market-oriented manner They carry out regular reference-actual comparisons, combined with necessary suggestions for correcting plan deviations of the sales performance They work in the planning and design of sales measures and projects with

Complete bachelor's degree incl. completed training to/to the bank's/wife or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the quality, holistic private and corporate customer consulting (including new customer consulting) with strong sales orientation Active and customer-oriented application of securities competence A Representative management experience and competence (e.g. management of a business unit) Fun at the development and leadership of our employees:inside Customer-oriented communication and a sovereign, binding occurrence
