Tepper Aufzüge GmbH is the largest manufacturer of elevator systems in North Rhine-Westphalia with nationwide locations. In addition to the distribution, construction, production and assembly of various elevator systems, a customer service is available for the care of existing elevator systems around the clock. Tepper Aufzüge GmbH is a TK Elevator company.

As a specialized business service center, we support the two TK Elevator Group companies TK Aufzüge GmbH and Tepper Aufzüge GmbH.

To strengthen order management for spare parts & repairs in our Business Service Center in Münster, we are looking for a dedicated employee (m/w/d) for 12 months with the following tasks:

Examination of the transmitted service orders on the basis of internal requirements for invoice presentation Booking of credits and invoices Support for master data maintenance in the ERP system Support in the processing of operations according to instructions in one or more customer portals (e.g. online portals or specific software) for data management, accounting and process processing Support of branches in customer request and complaints

Praktikant (m/w/d), , , Advantageous experiences in debitor accounting and the metal industry Good MS Office knowledge and experience with ERP systems, preferably with SAP/ Navision Readiness to learn, team skills, initiative, reliability and flexibility Structured and independent operation Flowing German knowledge
