Technical and operational management of the cleaning team in the daily process Ensuring cleanliness, order and hygiene in our restaurants and public areas Control and compliance with the specified hygiene, quality and service standards Coordination, deployment planning and support of the cleaning team Conduct regular quality controls to ensure cleanliness, functionality and a uniform high standard Organisation and monitoring of basic cleaning and special cleaning Responsibility for the management of cleaning materials, laundry and working equipment Professional processing and implementation of special guest wishes in close cooperation with other departments Integration of new employees:inside (m.w.) and support in training and quality instruction Promoting a motivating, team-oriented and efficient working atmosphere in the cleaning team

Experience in cleaning cordiality, attention to detail, high self-responsibility, pronounced tendency to cleanliness and order Loadability, flexibility, enforcement power, organisational talent and quality awareness readiness to work flexibly in time Very good knowledge of German and English
