The Schön Klinik Rendsburg is a central focus provider in Schleswig-Holstein and since 2023 part of the Schön Klinik Group operating throughout Germany. Over 1,800 employees provide approximately 80,000 patients each year in 22 specialist centres and three day clinics. The focus is on neurology, neurosurgery, child and youth medicine, vascular and thorax surgery as well as psychiatry.

Responsible ambulance management: You take over the leadership of the Psychiatric Institute Labour Office (PIA), control the organizational and professional processes and actively shape the strategic development of the outpatient supply. Innovative concept development: The development, implementation and continuous optimization of modern treatment concepts and supply structures is your responsibility. Supporting team supervision: You accompany the employees of the ambulance through professional supervision, promote their further development and support quality-oriented, interdisciplinary cooperation.

You have the medical certificate for psychiatry and psychotherapy or are close to the acquisition. Ideally, you already have experience in the outpatient area. You enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team and are happy to work in a modern, patient-oriented psychiatry.
