What are you wearing?

Your path leads you to our global real estate organization, where you are centrally responsible for compliance and implementation of general and Siemens internal EHS (Environment-Health-Safety) requirements throughout the real estate life cycle.

• They advise the property management as well as the construction project manager in compliance with and implementing the Siemens EHS Standards & Processes, whose implementation you regularly check on site.
• They ensure that the real estate organization in the EHS area is certifiable at any time according to DIN ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001.
• They coordinate the Siemens EHS requirements within the Siemens Real Estate (SRE) Siemens Mobility and agree with the internal interfaces to SRE EHS & Mobility EHS.
• They document compliance with SRE requirements by SRE Siemens Mobility in the full EHS spectrum and report them annually to SRE AG.
• They represent the real estate-specific aspects in group-internal sustainability projects and coordinate the actions for the concerns of the SRE.
• As a Security Officer (w/m/d), make sure that SRE Siemens Mobility complies with the corporate requirements for Real Estate in the area of Security.
• You will advise the Property Manager as well as the Site Security Representatives on Property Protection & to ensure the topicality of Site Security concepts in cooperation with SMO, SRE & CE SEC.
• You are a global contact person (w/m/d) for the Site Security Representatives, which they also order for the SRE HUB SMO.
• They support the implementation of group-wide security projects and ensure the participation of the SRE HUB SMO.

What are you doing?

• They have completed university studies in the field of civil engineering / facility management / mechanical engineering / electrical or utility technology, or related faculties such as safety engineer*in, shipbuilding.
• In addition, you can convince as EHS / HSE Officer (w/m/d) with many years of professional experience in the field of Environment, Health & Safety.
• They are characterized by comprehensive practice in project management, knowledge in the field of security is advantageous.
• You also have expertise in the application of management systems.
• Flowing German and English skills as well as a worldwide readiness to travel from approx. 20% round off your profile.
