Day by day and 24 hours, more than 4,500 qualified employees ensure the care of patients. For the Nursing Directorate business, we are looking for assistance in full-time or part-time care with at least 70% at the earliest possible date. Self­employed overall organisation of the department of nursing Contact personin, close cooperation and cross-departmental planning for and with all lines of the GB Care Directorate First contactin the Secretariat of the GB PD and for the team of the Secretariat Continuous running of the calendar of appointments by GB PD Function as an interface to the various external contacts and internal employees Self-preparation of meetings, management and control of protocols and scale lists Independent management of the applicant portal of the GB Care Directorate General Secretariat activities (e.g. telephone service, mail, mail) Management of work certificates by management Planning and organisation around internal institutions of the GB Care Directorate Organisation for service and training

Completed (commercial) vocational training or comparable qualification Proof of multiannual professional experience as a specialist or assistant Good English knowledge of word and writing Excellent knowledge in the application of MS Office products Very good ways of handling and a friendly appearance High awareness of responsibility, confidentiality, discretion and loyalty Precise working, above-average ability to act, strength in time, ability to criticise and self-criticism, flexibility, team skills and motivation
