As a specialized nursing-therapeutic institution, 48 younger adults offer a familiar home tailored to their specific needs. Due to accidents or advanced serious neurological disorders, care in previous haemorrhage for our residents is unfortunately no longer possible. Through the special focus on younger patients, intensive cooperation with families and relatives plays an important role. Our approximately 70 employees understand themselves as an active part of our community and, due to the long-term care situation, build a close relationship with the residents entrusted to them.

Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Diagnostics, screening and therapy of all neurological disorders Development of individual therapy plans based on the findings Monitoring progress, individual development and adaptation of therapy plans as needed Advising the prescribed doctors in the care and testing and training of patients in the use of aids and orthosis Personal advice/ instructions Contacts to doctors, medical shops and health insurance companies You serve with us our residents at the highest level You create with us a special atmosphere for feeling well for our residents and a trusted cooperation in the team

You have completed training or comparable studies in the field of ergotherapy Ideally, you have professional experience in ergotherapy and neurological patients Embossed communication skills, high social competence and liability are your naturell You work conceptually, independently and also possess team skills You show responsibility and flexibility You are interested in intensive interdisciplinary cooperation in the fields of therapy, medicine and care, family work and internship support You have a friendly, facing appearance and know that a smile reaches a heart faster than many words You see the welfare of our residents as your most important task
