Our customer is a European market leader for semiconductor industry / Semiconductor Industry based in the Reutlingen region and has entrusted us with the occupation of the Lead Field Service Engineer position as a personal consultant and mediator.

Your tasks:

Your responsibilities

• Leadership of interdisciplinary teams in complex customer projects

*Coordination between factory, external service and customer for product validation

*Technical support at system level (electro/mechanical): maintenance, upgrades, fault analyses

*Evaluation of technical characteristics (e.g. MTBF, MTTR) to optimize plant availability

*Support for error diagnosis using process and device data

*Training and technical guidance on maintenance strategies, software problems and particle management

*Sic production of know-how transfer between customer, factory and service team

*Structured documentation and tracking of technical escalations

*Support for customer meetings and project status reports

*Developing technical documents, guides and Troubleshooting documents

*Pflege and development of the internal knowledge database

Your qualifications:

That's what you bring *Completed studies in the field of technology, industrial engineering, project management or comparable disciplines

*Several years of experience in the management of technical projects or on-site deployment management

*Very good English skills in word and writing

*High readiness for travel, also for international operations

*Funded understanding of industrial manufacturing processes, especially in the environment of complex machines and plants (e.g. semiconductor technology)

*Ideal knowledge of statistical process control and tools such as JMP or Minitab

*Certifications like PMP or Six Sigma Black Belt are of advantage

*Physical load-bearing capacity for activities in the clean room and handling larger components
