Industrial Mechatronics Technician (m/f/d)

We stay different. You too?

Every week a new world – there are many people behind it, who at Tchibo ensure that new products are created and transported from A to B. This is why we need new creative and reliable logistics solutions and high-quality products that inspire our customers. Be part of the team and help us never stand still!

Your area of application is our coffee making facilities: You perform necessary adjustment work and repairs in case of malfunctions. Through regular inspection/maintenance activities and optimizations, you are responsible for the low-impact and efficient operation of our systems. In addition to focusing on mechanical activities, smaller electronic tasks can also complement your exciting challenge. You have machine oil in your blood? Then you support us in process optimization and sustainable troubleshooting using TPM measures.

You know what you do and have successfully completed your mechanic or mechatronic training (m/w/d). Bring first professional experiences in the production environment - ideally in the food industry? Perfect! In the field of plant engineering, you know and burn for work on large and modern machines. Our weekly changing shift rhythm (spin, early and night shift) is not a problem for you – you like the change and are flexible. Your colleagues can always count on you: you're in touch and have fun working in the team. You work conscientiously and independently and want to get the best out of you and your machines every day!

Your salary can be seen! In addition, you will get 30 days a year. Come on relaxed and profit from our good transport connection, a ride fee grant for the German ticket as well as the possibility of bicycle leasing. Use our wide range of training courses for your individual development: e-learning (e.g. LinkedIn Learning), internal and external seminars and trainings. With us you are well equipped: In addition to delicious food in the canteen, free drinks are waiting for you. And not only our Tchibo Christmas roasts are there, if you want, also vegan! You get a employee discount on all Tchibo items and monthly Tchibo coffee of your choice for private pleasure. Whether in the fitness centre, in the swimming pool or in one of our sports courses (at the centre of the Tchibo leisure centre), you can take advantage of yourself. To ensure that you can optimally arrange work and private life, we offer you holiday care for your children, family service offers and partly company-owned Kita courses . With our accident insurance you are always well secured, both in the job and private. With our Corporate Benefits you can purchase all kinds of products and services cheaper. .
