Working Student People & Culture (20 hrs/week) (for 6 months) (m/f/d)

Role and Impact

As a working student People & Culture (m/w/d) you support our team in Wuppertal on key topics of internal training programs and internal communication. You work closely with colleagues from People & Culture, take organizational responsibility and contribute to the professional preparation, implementation, and preparation of formats such as potential conferences and development centers. This brings you structure into processes, supports communication formats and makes a visible contribution to a good employee experience.

Your tasks

You support the planning, organization and refurbishment of potential conferences.

You participate in communication preparation and provide information for different target groups in a comprehensible and appealing manner.

You support the planning, implementation and operational support of Development Centers.

You create and process information materials, presentations and other communication documents.

You coordinate appointments, prepare coordination before and reliably perform open tasks.

You support administrative and organizational tasks in the People & Culture area.

You bring your own ideas to develop existing communication and development formats.

Your profile

You are a registered student or registered student, ideally in a degree course such as economics, psychology, pedagogy, communication sciences, human resources management or in a comparable field.

You are interested in People & Culture, Learning & Development, Recruiting and organizational processes.

You work structured, carefully and reliably and keep track of multiple topics.

You bring a strong organizational ability and a good sense of priorities.

You are clear, comprehensible and address-oriented and have the pleasure of communicating and preparing content.

You are happy to work in the team, are service-oriented and are open to different contact persons.

You are safe in handling MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Outlook and ideally Excel.

You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing.

First practical experiences in the area of people & culture, talent development, communication or in the organization of workshops, events or projects are a plus.
