As a lead management specialist, you support sales in identifying business opportunities. They are responsible for coordinating and monitoring the entire lead process (from lead generation to qualification and care to conversion). They continuously analyze the lead processes and work on their further development. As an expert, you can help sales in the application and implementation of lead processes and act as a contact person for the external call center. They monitor and analyze the processing of leads in terms of quality and efficiency and identify potential for improvement. They are professionally responsible for the Salesforce Sales Cloud and, together with the technology, implement the relevant requirements. They work closely with external partners and manage their activities. The planning and controlling of project budgets are your responsibility.

Complete studies in the field of business management or comparable training, preferably with a focus on marketing Multiannual experience in customer experience, customer retention and salesforce, ideally focusing on the automotive industry Understanding the technical implementation of lead management processes, preferably using Salesforce and Salesforce Sales Cloud Extensive experience in agile project management Experience in the management and coordination of agencies and service providers Very good English skills in word and writing Safe handling of JIRA and Confluence is desirable Structured, result-oriented and independent working methods
