Technical Employee Track Inspection and Construction Supervision (m/f/d)

With regular inspections of our railway systems for safety and quality, you can document them. From your assessments, you will take concrete measures to maintain, repair and renew track systems. You are in close contact with our maintenance team to develop suitable maintenance strategies. You participate in the preparation of the construction performance, including the coordination with internal departments, authorities and third parties. You support the project management in ensuring the performance, cost, time and quality of the construction measures. You are responsible for coordinating the executive companies at the construction site as well as monitoring compliance with structural and safety requirements. You are in close coordination with the operation/control point with regard to blockings and releases of the tracks. You take over the documentation of the construction process and support the project management in the organisation of commissioning to complete construction measures.

You have completed vocational training for the track/road builder (m/w/d) and ideally a further training for the master/polier (m/w/d) or alternatively for many years of professional experience in track/road and/or stop construction. You have carried out a multiannual activity in the above-mentioned field of activity and have been able to acquire a sound knowledge of the relevant regulations and workflows. You have an overview of the internal organizational structure and ideally have the driving authorization for auxiliary vehicles in our route network (e.g. construction train). You have an independent and structured way of working, as well as a high level of responsibility, communication skills and team skills. Flexibility, enforcement, reliability and readiness to learn complete your profile. You bring the willingness to the night, weekend and holiday work as well as to participate in the willingness to call. You have a safe handling of the MS Office programs. You have the driving licence of class B (preferably class BE or CE) and the health suitability for the activity (tested during the application process).
