As a specialist:in HR Reporting, you are responsible for reporting around our employees and for transparent, sound and meaningful evaluations. You will first set out monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in the HR sector and develop and provide regular personal economic indicators, including the processing of ad hoc requests. You visualize your evaluations and clearly present them in dashboards and presentations. You ensure the data quality, check data structures and place the underlying HR data sources. You identify automation and optimization potentials in reporting and implement them independently. You collect requirements structured, communicate closely with relevant stakeholders and ensure compliance with governance policies such as data protection and co-determination. You continuously develop reporting - in terms of data structures, automation and customer benefits - and take on additional tasks in the team, for example in projects or representations.

You bring very good Excel skills, ideally including PowerQuery. You have experience in handling HCM systems, optimally in the field of reporting (e.g. SAP HCM, Oracle HCM) and in data visualization with Power BI. You work analytically, structured and solution-oriented and have a pronounced problem-solving competence. You master the structured order clarification, communicate safely with stakeholders and use effective storytelling. Ideally, you have experience with SQL, Microsoft Fabric or Python, as well as knowledge of data management and data modeling. You bring a completed study, with a Master's degree, the Business Administration, Social Sciences or the like (with a focus on staff).
