As an inspiring People & Culture Professional (m/w/d), you actively shape the digital development of our HR processes and learn how innovative technologies shape the working world of tomorrow You get a wide range of insights along the entire employee lifecycle, from recruiting and personal management to Compensation & Benefits and Payroll From the outset, you work in exciting projects, take step-by-step responsibility and bring your own ideas to optimise our processes and the employee experience You analyze personal processes and data, identify potential for improvement and develop efficient, digital solutions together with the team Get to know modern HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM, as well as other digital HR platforms, and gain insight into their further development and automation Through collaboration at the interface of HR, IT and various disciplines as well as your theoretical phases at DHBW, you will gain profound knowledge in business management, digitalization, business process management, data analysis and digital transformation

You have successfully completed your (special-)higher education until the start of your studies You are interested in economic relationships, personal themes and digital trends You want to understand how companies attract, develop and support employees and actively shape processes You like to work analytically, carefully and find solutions for complex challenges You like to communicate with different people and work in the team Your profile is rounded off by very good German and English skills Hays stands for diversity and actively advocates opportunities and participation. During your dual study, you will receive a monthly fee of 1,200 euros in the first, 1,250 euros in the second and 1,400 euros in the third year of study. .
