Technical Portfolio Management Consultant (m/f/d)

You initiate modernization projects through the (digital) conception of measures to energetically relevant structures taking into account target costing approaches As a bridge builder between technology, data management and strategy, you accompany the digitization of our building stock and establish building data as a strategic asset for optimized, data-based (investment) decisions You meet technical requirements, economic implementation and sustainability/environmental awareness and demonstrate this in the implementation of innovative pilot projects. You actively contribute to the development and implementation of digital tools and solutions for the automation of recurring processes in technical portfolio management In doing so, you and your strengths – operate as an interface between departments, management and external partners Proactive stakeholders management and smooth project communication

You have completed a degree in the field of civil engineering, building physics, economic engineering or comparable are close You have relevant professional experience in building management, energy management, data management or in digital transformation projects You have a high technical understanding and bring joy to the development of strategic modernization concepts with Their working style is targeted and cooperative; You think strategically and systemically and act sovereignly in dealing with internal and external stakeholders You convince with pronounced analytical skills and the competence to clearly explain complex relationships, precise and addressable Very good knowledge of MS Office, basic knowledge of data and AI platforms such as databricks and the enthusiasm for the topics of digitalization and decarbonization in the housing industry complete your profile
