Property Manager / Facility Manager (m/f/d)

In this position, you are a central contact person (for the owner, tenant, user, service provider, etc.) for all technical and infrastructural issues relating to real estate operations. You coordinate all maintenance tasks to ensure the delegated operator requirements and to ensure the operation of the property. You take over the contract management of service and maintenance contracts and monitor them. You support the creation of the object budget, take the audit and identify continuous improvement measures. You implement defined reporting and ensure compliance with quality requirements. The job is to be filled in full time (40 hours per week). Your site is an interesting, renowned object in Berlin Mitte.

You have a degree in facility management or house and utility technology, have a master or technician or have a comparable qualification. You have at least 3 years of professional and project experience in the independent supervision of objects. Your work is structured and independent. You ideally have a switching authorization up to 10kV. A class B driving license (old 3) completes your profile.
