Referent Controlling (m/f/d)

You create and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual reports and continuously develop them. The Group-wide economic planning supports you with sound evaluations and business analysis. You independently carry out nominal actual comparisons, deviation analyses and ad hoc evaluations. For the Executive Board and the Boards, you create key figures, reports and presentations in addressable form. You are actively involved in the further development of group-wide controlling instruments, reporting standards and BI and reporting systems. Investment calculations, cost-effectiveness analyses and business cases accompany you as well as projects for process optimization and improvement. You work closely with the Foundation's departments, group departments and institutions and bring their expertise to M&A, cooperation and site development processes. You supported the identification of potentials for automation and artificial intelligence in controlling.

You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration, Health Economics, Economics or a comparable degree program. First or multi-year relevant professional experience in controlling, ideally in hospital, rehabilitation or health care, will bring you with you. You have developed good knowledge of cost accounting, reporting, planning and economic analysis. You have a good understanding of economic relationships in complex organizational structures. In handling MS Excel, you are versed and bring experience with ERP, controlling or BI systems (ideally TIP HCe). You are interested in digital developments in controlling as well as data-driven analysis and control approaches. You work structured, think analytic and communicate bindingly.
