As a strategic buyer (m/w/d) in the area of Procurement Execution, you are responsible for the product groups of a main system within one or more customer projects. They will be an integral part of the project and will be guided by it. In your function, you support the respective category management with regard to the development of product group strategies and the supplier pool. You are responsible for the preparation and implementation of tenders, inquiries and negotiations as well as the management of (cross-functional) negotiation teams and subsequent closure of the contracts (e.g. based on AEB and ZEB) incl. Project specifics for B and C parts in coordination with the project management of the project. They are responsible for the handling and verification of the conformity of the contracts within the assigned main systems (mile stone tracking, safeguarding the rights and obligations) incl. Cash and sales planning as well as cost distribution curve and obligo planning. Claim processing in consultation and possibly. Cooperation with the appropriate interfaces. They provide all the necessary numbers and data for the project controlling using defined KPIs.

They have completed a university or technical training or comparable (e.g. a business operator) with commercial or technical characteristics. They are safe in handling SAP and MS Office products. They have a strong knowledge of contract law and a technical understanding. Your environment will convince you with a high self-initiative and team capacity. They convince by organisational skill and enforcement. They have knowledge of German and English in word and writing. They enjoy occasional national and international missions.
