Trainee for Corporate Communications (m/f/d)

We support and advise, as an independent expert service, the medical service of Lower Saxony, statutory health insurance and social care insurance in all medical and nursing matters. Whether the quality of care facilities or care services is to be tested, treatment errors are suspected or questions about new treatment methods are to be assessed independently: we are here. In the sense of a “Training-on-the-Job”, you work on integrated corporate communication and support the press work in the entire Medical Service of Lower Saxony (MDN).

You enter internal and external corporate communications conceptually and operationally. You support the strategic planning, which includes, for example, the brand management and also accompany projects of the management for internal communication (including PMO project communication) as well as the media work of the MD Lower Saxony. You work with our editorial team and support in creating content, e.g. articles on various topics, moving image formats, graphics, social media contributions, and presentations for internal purposes. You support the work of the MDN in nationwide medical services bodies and take over the monitoring of company and topic-specific reporting.

You study humanities, language or communication sciences in an advanced semester, have a first corresponding degree or have a comparable qualification in these fields of knowledge. You have first practical experiences from internships and/or student/free cooperation in media companies (reactions Print, Digital, TV) or have collected them, for example, in communications departments of administrations. You have experience with content management systems (e.g. Typo3, WordPress), social media and have an affinity for video formats and tools (e.g. Canva). You are characterized by a structured and careful way of working and, if necessary, have already gained editorial experience in the text work. You have fun in creative ideas finding content content. You are a communicative type and with creative media competence.
