Specialist Planner Furnishing Planning (m/f/d)

Our client is a successful, medium-sized planning office in the Sauerland, which specializes in the construction of schools. The Department of Planning (currently five employees) focuses on the construction of school kitchens and menses as well as workshops for chambers of crafts. Due to the constant high demand, we are looking for two specialist planners for setup planning (m/w/d). Do you already have experience as a specialist planner in the design of furnishings, ideally in the planning of school kitchens, menses or workshops? We look forward to your application!

Creation and development of setup planning including technical details, materials and constructive solutions (first CAD planning) Project responsibility for individual planning projects in cooperation with internal colleagues Coordination of planning stalls with internal project participants as well as external partners such as builders, architects, suppliers and executive structures Calculation of project costs as well as development of piece lists, plan documents and technical documentation Ensure appointment and quality objectives through consistent follow-up of changes, clarification points and approvals during the project Occasionary travel activities for awards and voting dates Cooperation in tendering and award procedures

Wood technology training, ideally as a state-tested wood technician or carpenter or carpenter. Carpenter master, possibly also in the field of supply technology or heating-air ventilation technology Experience as a specialist planner, ideally in the planning of menses, kitchens, workshops or laboratories Standed personality, safe appearance and pronounced communication strength Good interdisciplinary understanding of various structures as well as a view for technical feasibility and interfaces Experience with award procedures and HOAI desirable
