Your missionYou make sure our service not only works - but feels good for the customer. You are the interface between customer, workshop and service consulting and keeps all threads in your hand.

Your tasks

You are the first voice, the first smile – and often the moment that decides how our customers feel with us. If you have fun organizing things, enthralling people and keeping an overview when much is going on, then you'll fit us perfectly. You receive our customers and give them a good feeling from the first moment You coordinate workshop dates and ensure a smooth run You keep an overview – even if several things happen simultaneously You inform customers transparently about status, processes and, if necessary, Delays You explain invoices understandably and take care of payment processing You organize replacement and rental vehicles You support our service and sales team in the daily business You work with our systems and keep customer data clean and up-to-date
