Service Coordinator Marine - initially limited to 12 months (m/f/d)

Coordination of service enquiries in the maritime sector with a focus on North America & Latin America (NAMLAM)

Control the availability and use of Field Service Engineers in close cooperation with regional service teams

Creation and processing of offers as well as repair and service orders

Organisation of service operations, repairs and spare parts supply and logistics

Support of service activities for the Deutsche Marine and the associated shipyards

Ensuring the contractual implementation of service agreements and contractual requirements

Monitoring of open inquiries, completed service activities, accounting and commercial follow-up

Ensuring professional, transparent and timely communication with internal customers and stakeholders

Participation in the continuous optimization and standardization of processes within the Service Coordination Team

Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification

Multiannual experience in service coordination, order processing or a comparable position

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Experience in technical, maritime or industrial environment desirable

Ideally user knowledge in ERP, CRM or service management systems

High service and customer orientation combined with professional communication at all levels

Representative initiative and a solution-oriented and responsible way of working

Organizational talent and willingness to take responsibility and promote issues independently
