Academic studies (Master/ Diploma Univ.) of statistics, social/scientific/administrative sciences or a similar Section First professional and management experience (e.g. staff management, expert guidance, project management) Management and conflict resolution competence and responsibility Strong ability to analyze and design complex statistical, methodological and organizational issues Strategic negotiation skills and ability to confidently communicate interests in specialised bodies Ideally, you will bring: Including professional experience in local statistics or comparable data-intensive IT/administrative/research processes Knowledge of statistical analysis software (e.g. SAS, R) and in-depth Excel knowledge (ivot, complex data analyses)
